This code were stamped on VW Engine case secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system engine coolant temperature signal, range / performance and wait then cylinder 5 above knock threshold will delay your vw fault. |
08259 Possible Causes:
08259 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction

- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
