When you open vehicle speed signal, circuit short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic also exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
08256 Possible Causes:
08256 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 08256 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel level sensor 2, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
