The problem is about bank 1, system too lean off idle the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles turbocharger speed sensor, circuit intermittent also starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
08256 Possible Causes:
08256 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08256 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
