When you open linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit high and data-bus powertrain, implausible message from level control module (j197) is the final reason of the code. |
08249 Possible Causes:
08249 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit

What To Check After Fixing 08249 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
