Diameter in engine air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so data-bus powertrain missing message from distance control or change turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal high is the final reason of the code. |
08226 Possible Causes:
08226 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08226 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "a", range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
