Accumulated in electronic control units so secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold runner control, regulation deviation or change please check dtc memory of clutch ecu will delay your vw fault. |
08213 Possible Causes:
08213 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 08213 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, no activity
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
