The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault leak in air intake system the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel mixture control adjustment range 2, higher limit not reached . On the other hand a/c request b, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
08201 Possible Causes:
08201 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 08201 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pressure regulator valve (n276), mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
