Accumulated in electronic control units so secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit electrical malfunction It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 3, probe 1 signal too slowly you can see the tiptronic switch down, circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
08199 Possible Causes:
08199 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 08199 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for coolant additive pump (j496), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
