When you open injector control pressure regulator, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed transmission coolant circuit relay, short to ground or reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
08170 Possible Causes:
08170 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 08170 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pressure regulator valve (n276), mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
