Diagnosing engine bar with data bus powertrain, missing message from control module level control to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), electrical malfunction . On the other hand crankshaft position signal output, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
08168 Possible Causes:
08168 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 08168 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
