Diameter in engine hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 1, circuit range / performance or 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
08167 Possible Causes:
08167 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08167 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
