When you open butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544) errors in basic adjustment run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 or change exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
08165 Possible Causes:
08165 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 08165 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message from combi instrument
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
