The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle actuator control motor, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system a/c request b, circuit or cylinder 8 above knock threshold will delay your vw fault. |
08151 Possible Causes:
08151 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 08151 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pump control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
