Accumulated in electronic control units so oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to ground or exhaust gas recirculation flow 2, insufficient detected is the final reason of the code. |
08136 Possible Causes:
08136 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08136 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, upper limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
