The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start control circuit for controller for turbocharger 1 (j724): electrical malfunction you can see the fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit high is the final reason of the code.
