08135 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor signals swapped bank 2 sensor 2 / bank 2 sensor 3 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit range / performance or change injector cylinder 16 (n393), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
08135 Possible Causes:
08135 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08135 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter interlock, circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
