When you open o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so o2 sensor signals swapped bank 1 sensor 2 / bank 1 sensor 3 and wait then fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
08131 Possible Causes:
08131 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08131 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 4 (n369), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
