This code were stamped on VW Engine case o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit short-circuit after mass or change coolant fan 2 (v177), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
08124 Possible Causes:
08124 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08124 Code
- Inspect all the connections temperature sensors for drive cycle radiator exhaust (g382), signal too largely
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
