Accumulated in electronic control units so secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck off run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, open circuit . So for next reversing light, circuit open is the final reason of the code. |
08122 Possible Causes:
08122 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 08122 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
