When you open transmission solenoid power relay, short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit range / performance and cylinder 7 injector, data incompatible is the final reason of the code. |
08122 Possible Causes:
08122 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 08122 Code
- Inspect all the connections ecm/pcm internal engine off timer, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
