Diagnosing engine bar with post catalyst fuel trim system, low limit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck closed also catalyst system exhaust bank 4, effectiveness too low is the final reason of the code. |
08120 Possible Causes:
08120 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08120 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
