Staring in engine fuel injection valve 4 (n369), short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor radiator exhaust control 1, short-circuit after mass or starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to ground/open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
08116 Possible Causes:
08116 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 08116 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message from immobilizer
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
