The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas temperature, bank 1 sensor 1, out of range retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent / erratic or change reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
08115 Possible Causes:
08115 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08115 Code
- Inspect all the connections direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
