08112 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), open to b+ and nox sensor bank 1, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
08112 Possible Causes:
08112 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08112 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug / heater relay, circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
