08108 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start power supply (b+) terminal 15, open circuit and o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
08108 Possible Causes:
08108 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08108 Code
- Inspect all the connections load signal from alternator terminal df, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
