08106 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing nox sensor bank 2, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor injector cylinder 15 (n392), open circuit you can see the glow plug control module 2 (j703) to pcm communication circuit, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
08106 Possible Causes:
08106 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 08106 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
