Staring in engine o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil 'l' primary control, circuit low also generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
08101 Possible Causes:
08101 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 08101 Code
- Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), no signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
