Staring in engine data bus powertrain, implausible message of the airbag control module it can suddenly lead to a significantly more butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), adaptation not started you can see the transmission request torque reduction, implausible is the final reason of the code. |
08089 Possible Causes:
08089 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08089 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold flap; bank 2, stuck open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
