This something to do with the intake camshaft timing turbocharger / supercharger boost system performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit range / performance and engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
08077 Possible Causes:
08077 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 08077 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant temperature sensor, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
