This something to do with the intake camshaft timing injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, internal resistance too large or oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
08071 Possible Causes:
08071 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 08071 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
