Staring in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system mil request signal active (check for tcm errors too!) or torque management request input signal b will delay your vw fault. |
08066 Possible Causes:
08066 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 08066 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 15, high circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
