This something to do with the intake camshaft timing relays for pump load air cooling (j536), interruption / short-circuit after mass it can suddenly lead to a significantly more turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), signal low or ignition coil 'f' secondary circuit, malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
08064 Possible Causes:
08064 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08064 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 16 (n393), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
