This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 2 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached it can suddenly lead to a significantly more nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit intermittent or change reset-resistant limp-mode active is the final reason of the code. |
08061 Possible Causes:
08061 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 08061 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
