This something to do with the intake camshaft timing engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit / open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake sensor 1 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ and wait then valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
08060 Possible Causes:
08060 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction

- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 08060 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
