Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448) and glow plug / heater relay, circuit short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
08057 Possible Causes:
08057 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
