Diagnosing engine bar with secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil cylinder 14, low circuit or change engine speed input, circuit error message from engine contr. is the final reason of the code. |
08055 Possible Causes:
08055 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08055 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, inner resistance implausible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
