This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor control unit error programming error and 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
08036 Possible Causes:
08036 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 08036 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
