08029 Description And Summary : |

When you open relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic bank you can see the valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (n304), circuit low input will delay your vw fault. |
08029 Possible Causes:
08029 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08029 Code
- Inspect all the connections internal control module: eeprom error
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
