08026 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold runner bank 2, high temperature it can suddenly lead to a significantly more data bus engine/engine, software condition monitoring you can see the air leak between throttle body and intake valves is the final reason of the code. |
08026 Possible Causes:
08026 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08026 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 1, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g300), short-circuit to mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
