08022 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), open / short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic also water in fuel sensor, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
08022 Possible Causes:
08022 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 08022 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), regulation range exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
