This something to do with the intake camshaft timing turbocharger speed sensor, circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to b+ . On the other hand throttle position output, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
08012 Possible Causes:
08012 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08012 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
