08010 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit / open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed malfunction indication light (k83), open / short to ground or change throttle actuator control system, forced limited power is the final reason of the code. |
08010 Possible Causes:
08010 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08010 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s3, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
