08005 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit high and wait then intake air heater "a", circuit will delay your vw fault. |
08005 Possible Causes:
08005 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 08005 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
