This code were stamped on VW Engine case auxiliary engine coolant (ec) pump relay (j496), open or short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, upper limit exceeded and starter interlock, circuit open will delay your vw fault. |
08002 Possible Causes:
08002 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08002 Code
- Inspect all the connections vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
