080 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine exhaust gas recirculation flow, excessive detected retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit short to b+ and wait then exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, no activity is the final reason of the code. |
080 Possible Causes:
080 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 080 Code
- Inspect all the connections activation 2-unit injector valve, electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
