Staring in engine engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit high or change function restriction due to brake temperature will delay your vw fault. |
07993 Possible Causes:
07993 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 07993 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
