07991 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine please check dtc memory of abs control module mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), open circuit or change o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, performance is the final reason of the code. |
07991 Possible Causes:
07991 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 07991 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
