When you open please check dtc memory of abs control module to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck open . On the other hand coolant pump control, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
07990 Possible Causes:
07990 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07990 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
