Staring in engine friction too high, intake cam adjustment bank 1 run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed nox sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent or change fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
07984 Possible Causes:
07984 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07984 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure, too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
