This code were stamped on VW Engine case intake air heater "a", circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake reservoir for additive for particle filter, empty . So for next linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
07979 Possible Causes:
07979 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
