The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault injection pump, timing calibration not learned to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open or change o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
07977 Possible Causes:
07977 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 07977 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 1 (n262), short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
