Accumulated in electronic control units so hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), upper limit exceeded to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel supply heater, control circuit / open or change data-bus powertrain, missing message from engine controller (ecu) is the final reason of the code. |
07974 Possible Causes:
07974 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 07974 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'a' / 'c', voltage correlation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
