07966 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so wheel speed signal 3, range / performance it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ecm/pcm power relay sense, circuit range / performance and wait then ignition coil 'c' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
07966 Possible Causes:
07966 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07966 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
